RV Rentals

If you are coming from out of state and are looking for a more convenient way to camp, you may consider renting an RV locally for the weekend. You can do this by going to http://rvshare.com which is a fantastic service for finding local RV, campers, etc. for rent in the area.

arrival

Guests should begin arriving on Friday June 23rd in the morning anytime after 10am.

Once you get to the ranch, do not go in through the main entrance. Instead, continue down Twin Lakes Road until you see an orange traffic cone. Turn in towards the cone and head down the dirt road until you get to the lake. The road is a little bumpy, but not too bad for most vehicles.

Parking

As you approach the lake you will see the main area down towards the beach. All guest parking should be behind the porto-potties. If you passed the porto-potties with your vehicle, please turn around and park anywhere behind them. There are literally, acres of open space reserved for parking/camping.

We recommend finding your spot parking/camping spot immediately after you arrive, as much of this area will be filling up over the course of the day.

tickets/wristbands

After you find your camping/parking spot, please bring your tickets down to the main area, where someone will greet you and exchange your tickets for wristbands, which must be worn for the duration of your stay.

restricted areas

You will notice that we have a barrier around the Main Stage area. Please do not go past the fence and into this area unless someone from the event staff accompanies you. We keep this area private in order to ensure that our equipment doesn’t get tampered with in any way. There are a ton of cables that could be tripped over, as well as expensive equipment that could be disconnected or broken, so please be respectful and stay out of this area during the event.

Camping

There are virtually unlimited places to park/camp on the ranch, but we would prefer if you camped on the east side of the lake, where everyone else will be camping. Plus, you’ll be closer to the porto potties if you wake up with a cold sweat in the middle of the night, because that burrito you ate for dinner doesn’t agree with you.

You are responsible for your own belongings, so we recommend that you don’t leave any valuable items out when you’re not at your campsite. Lock them in your car!

No campfires are allowed, except for on the beach in controlled metal fire pits. This is because much of the property has grass, and Oregon has been getting less and less rain over the years. No further explanation necessary.

Please make sure you take all of your trash with you when you pack up to leave. We do not have trash bins around the event, and just like you wouldn’t leave garbage all over your own house, we ask that you be respectful and clean up after yourself. We take great pride in leaving the ranch better than we found it, so that we can do these events for years to come.
