He’s written music that has appeared in major motion pictures such as Bad Boys II, Tomb Raider, and The Art Of War; television shows like CSI, Arrow, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, NFL, NBA & MLB game broadcasts; as well as numerous video games.

Hailing from Orlando, Florida, Brett Holland is the creative force behind Shiznit Records, a label that not only released some of the most face melty tunes of the late 2000’s, but was also one of the first electronic dance labels on which Deadmau5 got his start. In 2007, Shiznit released “Community Funk” with a remix by (at the time, a relatively unknown act) Deadmau5, which landed at the top of the charts for over a year. It is still the best selling track of all time on Beatport.
